ScripNet and the Entire Texas Workers’ Compensation System Received a Big Win Today!
December 17, 2010 – The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation issued the attached Emergency Rule below. As many of you are aware, there was some confusion as to whether PBMs could continue to operate in Texas after January 1, 2011. The attached Rule unequivocally says PBMs can continue to operate. This is great news for ScripNet and all of our clients and friends!
