Pharmacy benefits manager ScripNet has unveiled it’s Call Ahead Program, designed to let injured workers know the closest location to get medications, pre-approve correct prescriptions and pre-register with pharmacies to avoid delays.
The program delivers a pre-recorded message from ScripNet to injured workers who have been mailed a pharmacy card. Injured workers can find out where the closest participating pharmacy is located, and get connected to the company’s customer service function.
Scripnet also contacts the participating pharmacy to set up a worker profile and get necessary pre-authorizations for medications.
