Kelly oversees the daily operations of the Account Management Team.
Kelly works closely with the Account Executives, Help Desk and Sales to ensure that client protocols are being adhered to. She evaluates reports, current client processes and procedures to determine ways that ScripNet can enhance the client's program.
She is responsible for coordinating all client implementations with our clients and their staff, the ScripNet staff, as well as providing training for our employees and our client's staff.
The ScripNet Account Management Team, Help Desk, Sales and the client work mutually to ensure an effortless transition to the ScripNet program.
