Gary Daly

Vice President of Sales

Gary Daly has over 25 years experience in worker's compensation related fields including managed care, healthcare delivery, outcomes management and rehabilitation. His areas of expertise are sales, sales management and operations. Most recently, Gary was VP of Genex Services, a nationwide subsidiary of UnumProvident, where he was responsible for operations and sales management in thirteen western states. In this capacity, he increased revenue, profit and operating margin and was recognized as the GENEX Stellar Region as the top performing region in the country in 1998, 2000, and 2002.

Prior to joining GENEX Services, he was employed by Gentiva Rehab Without Walls, specializing in home and community rehabilitation for patients with acquired brain surgery, spinal cord injury, stroke and other complex rehabilitation needs. He held three major roles in the western state expansion - Executive Director, Director of Sales and Marketing and Regional Manager. He developed new home and community rehabilitation programs and served as Executive Director of the Colorado Program.

As Vice President of National Accounts, for Learning Services, a national provider of post acute rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injuries, Gary was responsible for developing business with insurance carriers, HMOs, PPOs and managed care organizations.

He began his insurance/healthcare management career in 1979 with Intracorp, a CIGNA subsidiary that specialized in disability and healthcare management. For the next 13 years, his responsibilities included rehabilitation counseling, sales and sales/operations management, culminating in his appointments as Director of Disability Management and Vice President of Case Management.

In each of his roles, Gary has been recognized for developing new business, growing and managing major accounts, improving profits through increased efficiencies and customer outcomes management, and coaching and developing sales and operations teams to high levels of performance.

Gary received a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.
