Dennis founded ScripNet in 1997 in response to the exponential growth in pharmaceutical costs borne by workers' compensation carriers. ScripNet ranked number 34 in the Inc. 500 in 2002, number 331 in 2003, and number 22 in 2004. Dennis has a Bachelors Degree from Southern Utah University and obtained his J.D. from Brigham Young University where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review. Dennis then obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego. He is a member of the 1999 Leadership Las Vegas Class and was named to In Business annual Top 40 Under 40 list. Sponer is admitted to the California and Nevada State Bars and has served as the Leadership Las Vegas Selection Chair and as a member of the Leadership Council at the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Southern Utah University College of Business and Technology National Advisory Board and is a member of the Class of 2005 Birthing of Giants Program.
