Joseph Paduda on his Managed Care Matters weblog notes that the workers comp PPO is dying:

The case, which was dismissed in February, allowed Working Rx the opportunity to re-file. ScripNet filed another motion to dismiss the case when Working Rx did so. Today, Working Rx agreed to dismiss the case.
