ScripNet treats its mail order pharmacies much like any other network pharmacies. ScripNet offers its mail order service to each of its clients. ScripNet's mail order prescriptions ship within 2 business days. We contract with three nationwide mail order pharmacies and seek to provide the best price and service to our clients.
Candidates for the ScripNet mail order program may be identified either by the client or by ScripNet. ScripNet regularly screens the drug utilization trends of its claimant population for those individuals that would benefit from the mail order program. ScripNet will then seek the permission to contact such claimants for implementation of the mail order solution.
In the case of a client referral, a case manager or adjuster merely has to contact the ScripNet help desk to request the program for a particular injured worker. ScripNet will then intervene with the injured worker and explain the benefits of the home delivery program. With the injured workers' permission, ScripNet will ensure that the necessary pharmaceuticals are delivered to the individual's home within two business days.
