Retrospective DUR File Review
An important function of the ScripNet pharmacy benefit management program is to proactively manage the dispensing of medications to claimants. If we perform our role as designed, there should not be claims with medication issues. However, if a claim has medication issues such as duplicate therapies, duplicate prescriptions, dangerous drug interactions, over-prescribing or drug-diagnosis issues, ScripNet will perform a Retrospective DUR File Review. Our pharmacist will conduct this review and issue a report.
