Dennis M. Sponer (President / CEO) - Dennis founded ScripNet in 1997 in response to the exponential growth in pharmaceutical costs borne by workers’ compensation carriers. Dennis has a Bachelors Degree from Southern Utah University and also has a J.D. from Brigham Young University where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review. Dennis then obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M.) from the University of San Diego. He is a member of the 1999 Leadership Las Vegas Class and was named to In Business annual Top 40 Under 40 list. Dennis is admitted to the California and Nevada State Bars and has served as the Leadership Las Vegas Selection Chair and as a member of the Leadership Council at the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Southern Utah University College of Business and Technology National Advisory Board and is a member of the Class of 2005 MIT Birthing of Giants Program.

Gary Daly (Vice President of Sales) - Gary has over twenty five years experience in worker’s compensation related fields including managed care, healthcare delivery, outcomes management, and rehabilitation. His areas of expertise are sales, sales management, and operations. Gary has been recognized for developing new business, growing and managing major accounts, improving profits through increased efficiencies and customer outcomes management, and coaching and developing sales and operations teams to high levels of performance. Gary received a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.

Joachim (Kim) R. Waechter (Chief Financial Officer) - Kim has thirty years of accounting experience and last worked as a Vice President of Finance for the previous ten years. His work experience includes extensive roles in operations, finance, banking relations, and corporate financial planning. Sharon Planchunas (Director of Human Resources) - Sharon was an essential participant in ScripNet’s founding in 1997. With 15 years of Human Resources experience, she is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Southern Nevada Human Resources Society. She effectively manages all daily aspects of human resources, compliance, and payroll. With over 40 years of experience in executive administration, she continues to manage office operations, as well as provide support to the CEO.

Kelly Schick (Director of Account Services) - Kelly oversees the daily operations of the Account Management Team.
Kelly works closely with the Account Executives, Help Desk and Sales to ensure that client protocols are being adhered to. She evaluates reports, current client processes and procedures to determine ways that ScripNet can enhance the client’s program. She is responsible for coordinating all client implementations with our clients and their staff, the ScripNet staff, as well as providing training for our employees and our client’s staff. The ScripNet Account Management Team, Help Desk, Sales and the client work mutually to ensure an effortless transition to the ScripNet program.

Jennifer “Jae” Sponer (Operations Analyst and Board Member) - Jae helped found ScripNet in 1997. She oversees the ScripNet data team of senior Oracle programmers who link pharmacies, payors, and employers seamlessly in ScripStar. Her team is constantly working to improve this specialized integrated software system . Jae has a degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Samuel Tamura (Director of Information Technology) - Sam has over 15 years of experience in the technology field, including over 9 years in healthcare related industries. Sam has been key in the technological innovations ScripNet has brought to the workers’ compensation pharmacy benefit industry. He has led extensive transformation of ScripNet’s information technology systems and has overseen the development of many new projects, as well as spearheading new technology initiatives. Mike Catmull (Technical Team Lead) - Mike has led the development of ScripNet’s ScripStar integrated software system linking ScripNet’s Help Desk, Account Management, Accounting, and Provider Relations departments, as well ScripNet’s partners and clients, providing users with a variety of new tools and analytics. This system plays a vital role in ScripNet’s ability to provide immediate intervention for cases by loading the clients’ custom protocols in algorithm form. Mike has over 18 years programming experience and over 6 years of project management experience. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science fromTexas A&M.
